Client requirements and process-based recruitment to ensure selection of best available candidates and with client involvement in interview process to ensure compliance with soft-skills standards.

RELIEVER AND AUGMENTATION

Emergency temporary augmentation of deployed security detail with additional personnel, in 24-hours from other detachments.

CLOUD-BASED HR INFORMATION SYSTEM

Maintenance of up-to-date personnel records for regulatory compliance. We monitoring our requirements to ensure up to date records and non-acceptance of candidates with incomplete requirements to ensure minimal regulatory and security risks.

DISCIPLINARY ACTION AND COUNSELING

We have cloud-based accessible platform - anywhere, anytime.
Disciplinary action process initiated within 24–hours of incident report receipt led by Head Office disciplinary investigation. Evidence and process-based investigations compliant with DOLE requirements to ensure minimal regulatory risk ensuring fairness to both clients and employees. Conducts counseling and assessment before redeployment to clients.

TROOP HEALTH MANAGEMENT

All personnel are enrolled with our partner HMO to ensure the availability of medical services and assure medical care (check-up, outpatient and hospitalization) for them at all times. This is in compliance with the Occupational Health Program, Book IV of the Labor Code of DOLE;
All personnel are automatically enrolled in a group accident insurance and is renewed annually. There will be a one-time deduction.

ANNUAL PHYSICAL EXAMINATION

Part of our program is the close monitoring of our personnel’s health and ability to perform their assigned tasks.
Upon client request, we send mobile clinics that can perform medical examinations to out personnel, provided they supply a sufficient quantity of personnel.

TROOP INFORMATION AND EDUCATION

Regular inspection of Security Personnel’s appearance and prescribed uniform.
Monthly re-orientation of the rules, regulations and policies of AMCOR and Client; introduction of new policies; answering of Security Personnel queries.

DRUG-FREE WORKPLACE POLICY (Random Drug Test)

AMCOR intends to help provide a safe and drug-free work environment for our client and our deployed personnel. The Company will conduct random drug testing quarterly to at least ten percent (10%) of the total deployed security personnel.
